📌 It is a 7-minute walk to Gangnam Station and Yeoksam Station on Line 2, and to the Shinbundang Line stop. Close to Teheran-ro and Gangnam-daero, making vehicle travel convenient. Various bus routes make it easy to travel throughout Gangnam and towards Gangbuk. Close to Seoul's major business districts, making commuting easy.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face and will be announced after the contract is confirmed. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Please cooperate in tidying up and maintaining cleanliness after use. Basement 3rd floor garbage disposal area: Please use a volume-based bag for general garbage, and put food waste in a yellow food waste bag and dispose of it in the food waste container on the 3rd basement floor. Please separate recyclable waste and place it in the designated area for each type.
Famous restaurants, cafes, large supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies are nearby. The Gangnam commercial district is adjacent, allowing for shopping, dining out, and various leisure activities. COEX Mall, Starfield COEX, and the Samseong Station area are within a 5-10 minute drive. Gangnam is a transportation hub, making it very convenient to travel throughout Seoul and the metropolitan area. There are various attractions to enjoy each season, such as COEX Aquarium, Bongeunsa Temple, and Cheongdam Cafe Street.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

The location is right between Yeoksam and Gangnam, making it convenient to get anywhere! I was in the area for training in Yeoksam; after staying with an acquaintance, I spent a week living here on my own, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was well-stocked with amenities, so I only needed to bring my toiletries and had a very comfortable stay!
