Check-in is conducted via a contactless process. The maximum occupancy is 4 people (2 Queen beds). A pet fee of 50,000 KRW applies if you bring a pet. Please be sure to inform us of any additional guests in advance, as unauthorized guests exceeding the standard occupancy limit will result in deductions from your security deposit. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions (the entry code will be sent on the day of check-in).
* Before checking out, please ensure you sort your recycling, dispose of food and general waste, and tidy up the room. * The recycling area is located on the 1st floor. Enter through the passageway between Lines 1-3 and Lines 4-5 of Building 201, and walk to the far right end. * For units without a food waste card, please dispose of food waste in standard general waste bags (pay-as-you-throw system), and take recyclables to the recycling area. * If waste is not properly disposed of, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged. * If the room is left in poor condition—including permanent damage, stains, or unpleasant odors—an additional cleaning fee will be charged and deducted from your security deposit. Please take great care to maintain the condition of the room. * If there is damage to wallpaper, flooring, etc., repair costs will exceed 200,000 KRW; this amount will be deducted from your security deposit or billed separately. * Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine of 300,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking violations. Smoking causes distress to other residents in the same building line, so please strictly adhere to this rule. * You may only check in if you agree to the terms regarding additional cleaning fees, repair costs, and fines. * Rearranging furniture or altering the room structure is not permitted. Additionally, you must not leave behind any personal furniture or items when you check out. * Please exercise extreme caution regarding pet urine, marking, and shedding.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of electricity, water, or gas may result in additional charges.
The place was clean, pleasant, and cozy. It was also spacious and offered a great view, making it a good choice for large groups. The toilet in one of the bedrooms featured a heated Japanese-style bidet. The owner was responsive and accommodating.
It was a clean apartment! Good value for money! I had a comfortable and restful stay!
