    The boiler was broken and leaking water, and the room wasn't cleaned when I moved in. When I told them the bedding was dirty with hair, they only replaced one set the day after I moved in, so I had to wash and use the other set. And the replacement bedding was too big, so they brought the original bedding back after washing it the next day. They didn't even ring the doorbell and tried to enter through the side door, but it was locked. Then they moved to the front door, pressed the password, and tried to enter, which startled me. Luckily, I had changed the password, so I asked who it was and opened the door. These aspects seem to need improvement.
