This room was recently remodeled and is equipped with a new mattress. Each room has a private bathroom, a system air conditioner, separate internet access, and cable TV. A luxurious lounge is also available. This is not a goshiwon (cramped room for students), but a one-room tel (studio apartment), so the rooms are 1.5 times larger than those in a goshiwon.
It is a 3-4 minute walk from Gulpo Station on Line 7. It is a convenient area for living because it is a commercial area.
Smoking and pets are prohibited in the building. This is a single-person accommodation.
Enjoy a comfortable rest in a spacious and clean space that is incomparable to Tago Siwon. There are many convenient facilities within walking distance (Lotte Mart, Daiso, Samsan Gymnasium, cafes, restaurants), and Starbucks is within a 30-second walk.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
While the space seemed spacious and tidy (+2), cleanliness was lacking, and ventilation was poor—leaving the air stale even with the windows and doors wide open. Additionally, the monthly rate jumped by 20,000 won upon renewal (-3); considering the overall satisfaction relative to the price (including fees), the total score comes to around 2 points.
There was a loud noise from the gym above. The location is good.
The hot water is limited to about 10 minutes per shower, and the gym upstairs is noisy all day long. The floor heating is warm in some places, but it was cold in the winter because of the draft from the windows.

Tyrol Space is a hotel-style studio apartment of a different dimension.
