- All of Magok uses district heating, so cooling and heating cannot be used simultaneously. - Only cooling is supplied in summer, and only heating is supplied in winter. - Cooling is not supplied from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM in July and September. - Cooling and heating are not provided during the shoulder seasons. - The operating period and hours are stated separately in the notice and can also be checked in the elevator. - This is a non-smoking building, and pets are not allowed. - If costs exceeding the general maintenance fee (electricity, water, cooling, heating) are incurred, additional charges may apply. - Parties are prohibited, and please be especially careful about noise after 10 PM.
