ㅡIt is a 3-minute walk from Sindaebang-samgeori Station (Line 7). ㅡIt is a 9-minute walk from Daebang Station (Line 1). ㅡAn airport bus stop is located nearby, just a 3-minute walk away. ㅡParking for one vehicle is available in the building (parking fee: 20,000 KRW per week). ㅡParking is also convenient using the nearby public parking lot.
● The move-in process is contactless. ● Move-in instructions will be sent once your move-in is confirmed. ● Smoking indoors is prohibited; if caught smoking, you will be required to cover the cost of wallpaper replacement.
● A professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and disinfect the premises.

I stayed here for about two weeks because my moving dates didn't align, and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. Having a 24-hour convenience store and an elementary school right in front of the house made daily life convenient, and the proximity to the subway station and bus stops made getting around very easy. Above all, the landlord was responsive and promptly handled any requests, ensuring a hassle-free stay. I especially appreciated having a designated parking spot, which meant I didn't have to worry about parking at all. I had a comfortable two-week stay and am grateful for the wonderful accommodation.
