Although the exterior paint of the apartment is due for a touch-up and looks a bit old, the interior has been completely renovated and is very clean. It is south-facing with a wonderful view of the rice paddies.

There is a bus stop in front of the house. It is an apartment in a quiet rural village, a bit far from the city center to walk. If you use your car, Manjong Station is 5 minutes away. Downtown areas such as Dangye-dong and Musil-dong are 10 minutes away. Corporate City, Oak Valley, and Century 21 are all close by car, and taxi fares are also reasonable when using them from the city.

I had a very, very good stay. The owner was kind, and I had a comfortable stay.
I was a little disappointed that the table in the picture was different from the one actually provided. The bed/sofa was uncomfortable to use because it was made of stacked futons, and although I only used it briefly during my commute, the shower head was broken, making it difficult to use. However, the location is an advantage and could be beneficial for guests.
The owner is very nice.
