It is located in a prime spot just a two-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gajwa Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line). Both Hongik Univ. Station and Digital Media City (DMC) Station are just one stop away, offering easy access to the Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong areas as well as the DMC business district. Although the Airport Railroad does not stop at Gajwa Station, you can easily access it via Hongik Univ. Station or DMC Station.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you instructions via message once the booking is confirmed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Most daily necessities are provided. Families of up to four people can stay without any additional guest fees.

Please note that additional utility charges may apply for excessive use of heating or cooling. Please treat the space as if it were your own home. ♡ Smoking and pets are not permitted. Up to four guests can stay comfortably without any extra person fees. I stayed for a month and a half and felt as comfortable as I would in my own home. The host is incredibly kind! They even replaced the refrigerator as requested, and their feedback response is excellent.
I'm extending my stay. This place is full of good vibes. There's a walking trail nearby that connects to the Han River, which was great for biking. A clean laundromat, a 24-hour convenience store, and a stationery store with a friendly owner are all very close by.
