It is a space where simply staying is a form of healing. The standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 4; additional guests are charged 15,000 KRW per person per night. As a shared private villa rather than a commercial establishment, you can experience a quiet and relaxed Jeju. 🌿🏔️☕️

This space is a vacation home where the host family relaxes together, so we would appreciate it if you used it cleanly and safely🙏 There are some personal items belonging to the host, which are shared to ensure your comfort. ★ Please check before use 1️⃣ Electricity Usage Guide (Important) This building is a newly constructed building in its 7th year and has completed interior remodeling. ✔ Please be sure to turn off the power to electrical and electronic appliances when going out. Please exercise special caution, as tenants are responsible for any power outages or fires caused by excessive electricity usage or electrical leaks. 🚨 Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the standard management fee. 2️⃣ Trash / Recycling Guide (Very Important) Please be sure to separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste. ⚠ If you put recyclables or food waste in general waste bags, collection may be refused and you may be subject to fines. ✔ Please purchase general waste bags yourself. ✔ Please separate and dispose of items at the designated locations. 📍 Location of Recycling Area The recycling and general waste sorting area is located approximately 3 to 5 minutes walk down to the right from the main entrance.
Please keep the borrowed tableware, bedding, and blankets clean. Please tidy up and wash them after use. Snorkeling and Water Activities The bone-in stew restaurant on the 1st floor of the house is also a great place to eat!! Breakfast Recommendation Bombom Cafe, 3 minutes from the house (Make sure to have coffee at the outdoor tables) - Panpo Port Famous Restaurant: Pongdang (Seafood Ramen, Squid Mulhoe) - Wolyeong Port - Hyeopjae Beach (Ramen Sanghoe at Hyeopjae Pub 1st Street) : Must try the Black Pork Kimchi Stew Hot Spots: Singsing It, The Cliff They are all near the house in Jeju. They are a 10-15 minute drive away, so please give them a try^^
Water, electricity, and parking fees are all included. However, if electricity or LPG boiler usage exceeds the standard limits, additional management fees may be charged for the excess amount. Additionally, instead of charging a separate cleaning fee, we ask that you return the property to a condition as close as possible to when you first moved in upon check-out. Please wash and put away used dishes and kitchenware, and arrange used towels and bedding in the designated areas. We ask that you perform a simple cleaning and tidying up before checking out; however, if the cleaning and tidying state is significantly inadequate, a separate cleaning fee may be charged. I used this place as an extra accommodation when my parents visited while I was staying in Jeju for a month, and I was very satisfied. It is a simple place that looks exactly like the photos. I only had to do some basic laundry before checking out, and there were no major inconveniences.

As this is a space where my family actually stays, we have carefully prepared hotel-quality bedding and essential amenities for daily life. However, since this is not a hotel or pension, you may be slightly disappointed if you were expecting hotel-level service. Instead, we strive to provide a comfortable and warm space that feels just like your own home. The refrigerator has been emptied of food items, except for basic sauces, and you are free to use the provided items. The clothes hangers have also been left empty for your convenience. Although it is a small space, we have decorated it charmingly, so we hope you can relax and unwind. We have also prepared coffee, tea, and candy as a small gesture of welcome. Please feel free to enjoy them. Additionally, although this is a space-only rental, the host provides bedding and towels free of charge to those who need them. Please wash used bedding and towels before checking out, and simply returning used items to their original places will be of great help to the next guests.
