The tenant is responsible for any power outages or fires caused by excessive electricity usage or electrical shorts, so please exercise caution. 🚨 Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the standard maintenance allowance. 2️⃣ Trash / Recycling (Very Important) Please be sure to separate your waste into general trash, recyclables, and food waste. ⚠ If recyclables or food waste are placed in general trash bags, collection may be refused, and fines may be imposed. ✔ Please purchase your own general trash bags. ✔ Please dispose of separated waste at the designated area. 📍 Recycling Area Location Walk about 3–5 minutes to the right from the main entrance to find the recycling and waste disposal area.

    I chose this room to watch the sunset in western Jeju. While the view from the window was limited to the road and closed restaurants, there were plenty of sunset spots just a 10-minute drive away. However, the only place to hang clothes in the small studio was already occupied by the host's winter clothes, so I couldn't unpack and had to keep my own clothes in my trunk. The refrigerator contained smelly items like *cho-gochujang* (spicy vinegar-gochujang sauce); when I checked, I was told to leave everything as is since the host uses the place as a vacation home, so I didn't use the fridge at all. When I tried to draw the curtains, the mount was too weak and the rod fell right off, leaving me without curtains—which was inevitable, considering a heavy curtain rod had been placed on a simple adhesive hook. A picture frame that had been mounted on the wall also fell off while I was out. Of course, cleaning up trash and doing the dishes is expected. I’ve never had any friction with hosts over such matters before. But this host insisted that I wash the used bedding before checking out, even though they also charged a separate cleaning fee. I ended up waking up an hour early to run the laundry and hang it up before leaving. I don't want to leave a harsh review, knowing that the supply of studio rentals in Jeju often exceeds demand outside of peak season. However, I am sharing the facts exactly as they happened so that future guests know what kind of room they are renting.
