This officetel is located in Yeonhui-dong—one of Seoul's most desirable neighborhoods—right on the main road at the Yeonhui-dong three-way intersection, the heart of the area. There is a convenience store in the adjacent building, and a bus stop, Starbucks, and Burger King are all within 100 meters. It offers a cozy, clean space where you can soothe your body and mind after a busy day.
It is located just three bus stops away from Sinchon and Hongdae (Line 2) and four stops from Hongje Station (Line 3), while Yeonnam-dong is within walking distance. With a bus stop right in front of the building, proximity to famous local cafes, and a location on flat ground, it offers excellent accessibility.
Check-in is contactless, and we will send you a message with entry instructions the day before your arrival. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Due to the building's characteristics, there is a shortage of parking spaces relative to the number of units. Consequently, a parking fee of up to 50,000 KRW is charged for units that require parking. Please note that you can arrange this directly with the building manager upon arrival.
- There is a CU convenience store in the building right next door. - Waste disposal is convenient, as there are clearly organized recycling bins behind the management office. - It comes with two mattresses, a sofa, and a table.
Electricity and gas charges will be billed separately based on usage after check-out.
The location was great, and the place was clean and nice. There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved immediately, which made things very convenient.
