- It is within a 5-minute walk from Gangmae Station. - It takes 8 minutes (3 stops) by subway to DMC Station and 13 minutes (5 stops) to Hongik University Station. - Haengsin Station, a KTX train station, is 1 stop away and can also be reached on foot.
- There is a convenience store and playground in the complex, and a park right in front of the building, making it great for walks. - It is a clean home that is quiet and surrounded by forest, offering a relaxing stay while being close to Seoul. - Camping chairs and items are provided on the veranda, allowing you to relax while looking at the open park view and the sky.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
