Cheonghaegwang Stay is a private detached accommodation located in Gamcheon Culture Village. You can enjoy views of both Gamcheon Culture Village and Songdo Beach from all windows, and you can use the first and second floors exclusively for a quiet and independent stay. The remodeled white-toned space is equipped with all necessary facilities such as a bed, smart TV, washer/dryer, and heating/cooling systems, making it suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. It can accommodate up to 7 adults.

Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the room. Since we use an oil boiler, you only need to pay for the actual amount used upon check-out.

The bathroom provides basic toiletries and a hairdryer, and a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack are available for convenient long-term stays. A vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwashing sponges, and dishcloths are also provided, making this an accommodation that pays attention to even the smallest details. 🍳 Kitchen facilities The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric rice cooker, an electric multi-oven, an electric kettle, a capsule coffee machine, and a coffee maker. Various cooking utensils including pots and pans, basic tableware and cups, and a snack set are provided, allowing you to freely enjoy cooking. Additionally, children's tableware and cutlery are also provided, making it convenient for families with children.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. If you overuse items included in the management fee, additional management fees may be requested.
