1) Located 150m from the Ansim 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center. 2) Nearby amenities include the large "Haengbok Food Mart" (approx. 900 pyeong) 100m to the northwest and the "369 Household Goods Mart" (approx. 800 pyeong) 200m away. There are two GS convenience stores within 150m (to the north and south) and the traditional Banyawol General Market is just a 1–2 minute walk away. A variety of restaurants line the 15m-wide road 100m to the south, and there are also dining options to the northwest. A permanent market called Moran Market, located 300m southeast near Haengbok Mart, features side-dish shops. 3) Compensation is required if a pet damages property (only one small pet allowed). 4) A Citizens' Sports Park—popular as an urban healing spot—is located 300m to the south. Within a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute walk), you can access the well-maintained Geumho River walking trails, the large Yulha Sports Park (which served as the Athletes' Village and a competition venue for the 1986 Asian Games), a lakeside park trail, and Mt. Chorye-san (featuring forest roads and historical significance related to a battle involving King Taejo Wang Geon). Elementary and middle schools are also within a 7-minute walk. 5) Wi-Fi is provided.
Electricity and city gas charges based on actual usage during the stay will be billed separately upon check-out. (Bills from the utility companies will be attached.) ■ Bedding (pillows, blankets, and floor mats) can be provided for up to two occupants. - Must be requested prior to move-in (for advance laundering). ■ Consumables such as towels, detergent, and toilet paper—other than those already provided—must be supplied by the guest.
