Although you responded quickly, the information provided was inaccurate, and there were communication issues—such as forgetting the previously agreed-upon length of stay. Fortunately, the guests from the U.S. were easygoing, so the situation passed without major incident, but I would appreciate it if you could manage operations more meticulously in the future. The location and facilities were excellent.
I needed a place to stay for a while for interior construction, so I came to 33M2 and found this place. I was worried because I was staying with a 17-month-old baby, but thanks to the host's very thoughtful and perfect preparations, I was able to stay as comfortably as if I were at home during my stay! I was really touched to see that the space was clean and organized, and that they even provided books, CDs, and a bottle brush for the baby. I was really grateful that they paid attention to the details even though I was just a guest staying for a short time! And the location was also very convenient for getting around, being just a 30-second walk from the entrance of Jegidong Station. If I need a place to stay for a short time in this area again, I think I'll come back! Thank you.
