This is a luxury high-end home that is available for its first tenants. There are 2 rooms and 4 comfortable beds, so up to 4 adults can stay as comfortably and cozily as they would in their own home. It is equipped with a spacious pantry, a washer, and a dryer, so you will have no inconvenience during your long-term stay. Nearby, within a 5-minute walk, are Lotte Mall, Lotte Department Store, Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, and Songnidan-gil. There are also three subway lines.
There are three subway stations nearby, and Jamsil Station is less than 5 minutes away. There are many bus routes, so you can travel comfortably. Also, Seokchon Station, which is about 300 meters away, is on Line 9, which runs express to Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport, making it convenient for travelers.
Check-in is done without a host present, and we will send you the passcode on the day of your arrival. Pets are allowed, but an additional cleaning fee will be charged. This is a non-smoking area. Please separate recyclables when checking out. Please make sure you don't leave anything behind. Please note that we have a separate cleaning company, so the room will be set up as it was when you checked in. Any items left behind will be disposed of.
Seokchon Lake is a 2-3 minute walk away, so you can take a walk and relax when you want to rest. Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mall, Lotte World, and shopping malls are also within a 5-minute walk, so you can enjoy various brands and famous restaurants in one place. The location is great. You can easily walk to Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, and Olympic Park. It’s situated right in a popular dining district.
The accommodation is incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. All facilities are top-notch, and every household item has been thoughtfully provided—even umbrellas, an iron, and a small bedside table. With detergents and all consumables stocked, you can simply arrive with your personal belongings. It was so comfortable that I kept extending my stay, and I’ve now decided to continue staying at another property owned by the same host. The surrounding area offers everything: convenient transportation, entertainment, relaxation, and shopping.
