I really appreciated having a parking lot; since it’s an officetel, not many residents own cars, so there was always a parking spot available. Although the wallpaper was torn in a few places, the unit was otherwise very clean. It was also great that Jeungsan Station was just a one-minute walk away.
My family of three stayed here for 6 weeks while moving into our new home. I chose this place because it looked so clean in the pictures, and it was even cleaner in person! The storage space was also very well-organized, so we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. I was touched by how thoughtfully the host prepared everything we needed for our stay! Deoksan Station is also very close, and there was always plenty of parking, so we had no issues with parking. The ability to take out the recycling every day and the well-maintained common areas of the apartment were also big advantages! There are so many good things to say. I'm sad to leave because it was so comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful home! 😆
