Good * Although it depends on booking availability, I appreciated the exception made for an early check-in. * The contactless check-in process was simple and convenient. * The accommodation was generally clean. * It was the rainy season with high humidity, but the availability of multiple dehumidifiers made our stay comfortable. * When we ran out of amenities, they were delivered immediately upon request; providing new products rather than refills was great for hygiene. * The location was excellent. Although in Sillim, it was right in front of Nambu Elementary School, so there was almost no traffic noise in the morning and very little external noise at night. * Waste disposal was convenient. * Having two hair dryers made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time. * An ice cream discount shop, Mega Coffee, and a convenience store were right nearby, and the bus stop was just a 4-minute walk away, making transportation easy. * Both hot water and water pressure were satisfactory, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. * There were plenty of power outlets throughout the room, including by the headboard, making it convenient to charge devices. * The "StandbyME" display was great for watching Netflix, YouTube, etc. * The actual accommodation looked almost exactly like the photos. Bad * The bedding was clean, but the bed (mattress) was somewhat uncomfortable. * The living area was spacious, but the chairs took up a lot of room, limiting the space's utility. You could keep up to two suitcases open, but it was a bit tight for three people to have all their suitcases open at once; one of us ended up unpacking everything from their suitcase to manage the space. Overall Review Overall, it was a satisfying place for three people to stay. The cleanliness, amenities, and quiet surroundings were particularly impressive; it would have been perfect if the bed had been a bit more comfortable.
A clean and cozy place to stay, offering convenient transportation via Sillim Station (subway) and the Sillim Line, along with a vibrant neighborhood full of shops and restaurants! Best of all, the location near an elementary school felt safe, and the secure building entrance (requiring a passcode) and CCTV surveillance gave me peace of mind during my stay.
