- It is a 3-minute walk from the Citizens' Hall bus stop. - From the bus stop, it is easy to access the university, bus terminal, airport, and tourist attractions. - There are paid/free public parking lots nearby, and street parking is also available. - The nearby Noodle Street and Dongmun Market are a 10-minute walk away. - A 24-hour convenience store is a 2-minute walk away, and large supermarkets (E-Mart, Matro) are a 10-minute drive away.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are strictly prohibited. - Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. (Time adjustments can be discussed) - Please wash dishes and dispose of trash upon check-out.
✨ Consumables necessary for daily life are not provided separately, so you must prepare them yourself. - Bedding is not provided. If requested, it can be rented once. (After that, residents are responsible for their own management and laundry.) - Consideration for others is required after 10 PM (noise, smell).

The location of the share house was really convenient for touring. The bed was comfortable, and the share house was clean. The host was also gentle and very helpful. It was great that I, a woman traveling alone, could stay safely for a month. I lived here for a month, the location is perfect for touring, the neighborhood is safe and clean. The host is kind and gentle, always providing and helping for needs in the house.
