- It is a 3-minute walk from the Citizens' Hall bus stop. - From the bus stop, it is easy to access the university, bus terminal, airport, and tourist attractions. - There are paid/free public parking lots nearby, and street parking is also available. - The nearby Noodle Street and Dongmun Market are a 10-minute walk away. - A 24-hour convenience store is a 2-minute walk away, and large supermarkets (E-Mart, Matro) are a 10-minute drive away.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are strictly prohibited. - Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. (Time adjustments can be discussed) - Please wash dishes and dispose of trash upon check-out.

🔸 The location is great! Tapdong Coastal Walkway and Jeju City Hall are within a 20-minute walk, so I often went for runs and visited many restaurants. There are also many popular restaurants nearby with long waiting lines, but it was great because I could put my name on the waiting list and walk home while I waited. 🔸 Parking is convenient. There's no dedicated parking lot, but there are many free public parking lots and alley spaces within a 2-minute walk, so I never had trouble parking during my two and a half months there. 🔸 Having a dryer and a water purifier was very convenient, and they provided all basic necessities like detergent when I asked, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. 🔸 There's a private bathroom and plenty of individual storage space in the kitchen, so I often cooked my own meals. 🔸 No bugs! It's clean. 🔸 Everyone who stayed with me was very satisfied and still is! I was lucky to only meet kind mates, so we all got along well and had a great time. 😊 If I come to Jeju again, I think I'll come back here!
