This is a studio apartment. We do not charge a move-out cleaning fee, so if you wish to have it cleaned, you must do it yourself. Please dispose of all waste upon moving out and maintain the condition it was in when you moved in. (A move-out cleaning fee will be charged if there is waste.) Registration of move-in is not possible.
2-minute walk from Incheon City Hall Station/Arts Center Station
You must clean the house yourself upon moving in, and gas can be used after registering for city gas. We will send you the house password on the day of your move-in. Do not touch the mail. Please adhere to the check-in time of 3 PM and check-out time of 11 AM. Upon check-out, you must send a screenshot of your utility bill settlement to receive your deposit back.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the house to its original condition if it is damaged.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. If you overuse items included in the management fee, additional management fees may be requested.
There is a smell of cigarette smoke.
