-The new building is in good condition (fully furnished) -You can exercise, have tea time, and eat on the spacious balcony (no smoking) -Equipped with 3 beds + bedding for 1 person (an additional 30,000 won per day will be charged if bedding for 1 person is requested) -After 10 PM, please be mindful of noise, no exercise allowed & non-smoking building -Upon check-out, compensation will be claimed for any damaged items, and in cases where general cleaning cannot resolve issues such as stubborn stains or cigarette smoke, the cost of a professional cleaning service will be charged
- 10-minute walk from Balsan Station - 11-minute walk from Ujangsan Station - 12-minute walk from Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital - Parking for 1 car is available on a first-come, first-served basis - Located near various amenities, the Magok District, and many restaurants
- Check-in is contactless. - After booking confirmation, a simple user manual will be provided. - No smoking indoors / Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but throwing cigarette butts and spitting are prohibited! - As this is the top floor, please be mindful of noise in the evening (especially dragging chairs on the floor). - Personal toiletries and detergents are not provided. (Kitchen detergent, soap, and 2 towels are provided.) - Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM
-Various convenience facilities such as Magok COEX, NC Department Store, Traders, Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, restaurants, and cafes are located nearby. -Ujangsan walking course, exercise equipment, and a sports field are located nearby, making it great for exercising and walking even at night. -Parking is available for one car on a first-come, first-served basis. For management purposes, please provide your car number after parking so that we can respond if the building manager inquires.
Electricity, gas, water, and internet are included.
