I had a comfortable two-month stay. The place was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials (like dish soap and laundry detergent), which made things very convenient. The landlord was kind, responsive, and accommodating whenever I had a request. It was easy to get around to various places (like Seomyeon and Busan Station), and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend it for long-term stays. I’m usually sensitive to noise, so the sound from the nearby crossing bothered me a bit at first, but I got used to it quickly. With a laundromat and a supermarket right nearby, it was a very convenient and pleasant stay.
