An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per person (per week) applies for more than two guests. All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, an additional management fee may be charged in cases of excessive usage. (If heating usage is excessive during winter, we will notify you of an additional charge based on meter readings. Please adjust the temperature to the 'away' setting when you leave the room :D)
The unit was in a great location, clean, and convenient to use. The host was kind, and communication was quick and smooth.

Overall, it was great! I really liked that the bathroom and kitchen were spacious compared to other studio apartments. The shower stall and sink were separate, making it easy to keep things clean, and the large refrigerator allowed me to stock up on cold water. I was a bit worried about the washer-dryer combo, but it worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely come back here if I’m in the area again!
