- It is an open-plan studio apartment. - The neighborhood is quiet, and it is just a 3-minute walk to the coastal road, making it great for seaside strolls.
I recommend renting a car instead of using public transportation.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the room and the building. Pets are also not allowed. - A separate cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged upon checkout if there are lingering odors or stains caused by smoking or pets. - Additional fees may be charged depending on the extent of any property damage or excessive soiling. - Please tidy up your personal belongings and dispose of any trash before checking out.
- Check-in is contactless. (Flexible check-in / Check-out by 3 PM) - Accommodates up to 2 guests. - We will send an information text with the door lock code the day before your arrival.
Electricity and gas charges are the tenant's responsibility. The management fee covers water and sewage charges, internet and cable TV fees, electricity for common areas, and elevator maintenance costs.
