Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Loud noises after 10 PM may disturb neighbors. Please tidy up the room before checking out. Parking is freely available (a temporary parking permit can be issued for free at the security office). Regular pest control and disinfection are performed by the professional pest control company 'CESCO'. * Bedding is changed according to the season.
All utility bills are included in the management fee (excluding gas). Gas bills will be settled and charged upon check-out. If you use excessive electricity and water, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (Electricity bills for July, August, and September will be charged upon check-out.)
