• Access the coastal promenade, sea-view cafes, and Huinnyeoul Culture Village on foot, as if they were part of the apartment community, via the stairs connected to the apartment. • Free use of the indoor gym and table tennis room at the entrance of the coastal promenade. • The large X-Sports Plaza connected to the back of the apartment has artificial turf and a urethane track, making it ideal for playing with children, including soccer, basketball, badminton, tennis, inline skating, and trekking. • All 4 rooms are large, and with queen-size beds, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people, groups, or 2-3 families or more. • TV with Netflix and YouTube viewing capabilities. • Marshall Kilburn speaker. • Nespresso coffee machine. • Saladmaster oil skillet pot. • Fully equipped with an ice water dispenser refrigerator, air conditioner, air purifier, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. • Compensation costs will be incurred in the event of damage or contamination of property.

We really loved this place; it’s cozy and feels just like home. Thank you for hosting us. The neighbors were so kind, too—they even gave us some alcohol while we were at the elevator! :) The people in Busan were wonderful, and so was the owner! Thank you so much!!
I had a great stay. The place is clean and the view is excellent. There is a dryer, and laundry dries very well when hung up; the unit is well-ventilated. Public transportation in the area is convenient, and it is close to Jagalchi Market, Songdo, and Busan Station.
It was a very clean and friendly place.
