In the lounge on each of the two floors, there is a shared kitchen, a clothes dryer, and a water purifier. Bedding, toiletries, and towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 8 of Sinchon Station (Line 2), and a 5-minute walk from Seogang Station (Gyeongui Line) and Hongik University Station (Airport Line). You can take a bus to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No smoking indoors (a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted if violated). Pets are not allowed (a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted if violated). Loud noises, singing, and parties that may disturb neighbors are prohibited. You may be charged for the cost of repairing damaged items or for cleaning up significant messes or damage that is difficult to restore.
