There are many convenience stores, and it is convenient to use restaurants.^^ There is a Daiso and Olive Young within a 5-minute walk, so shopping is convenient.^^ Suseo Station is 3 subway stops away (transfer required). Seokchon Lake, Lotte Tower, and Lotte World are within walking distance. Jamsil and Gangnam are nearby.

I had a great stay for three weeks! It was super close to Seokchon Gobun Station, making it convenient to use the subway, and with places like Olive Young, a laundromat, convenience stores, and plenty of cafes nearby, my stay was really comfortable. The room was clean and well-ventilated, too—I loved it!
There is no elevator to the third floor, so moving heavy luggage was a bit difficult, but the room was clean and pleasant, making for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul. Thank you for your hospitality over the past two weeks.
The room is the same as in the pictures. The room, bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave are clean, and the refrigerator is bigger than I thought. Ice cream freezes well in the freezer, and 1.5-liter water bottles fit well in the refrigerator. It was nice to have a laundromat right in front, and a clothing repair shop and CU convenience store nearby.
I'm a host who loves decorating pretty rooms. ^^
