- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, though adjustments can be made upon prior agreement. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an information message two days before your scheduled check-in. - Please include the purpose of your short-term stay and the number of guests when making your booking request. - Resident registration is not permitted. - Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee of 330,000 KRW may be charged if smoking or pets are detected.)
Guests are required to sort and dispose of their waste at the designated area (1st floor / recycling station). As this is a short-term rental, disposable items are not provided. All amenities are located within 5 minutes of the accommodation. Access to the building is via key card or passcode, and a security guard is on duty for safety. There is a reasonably priced gym that offers short-term memberships. A washing machine and dryer are provided. Automated parking is available for a fee. The parking system accommodates vehicles up to mid-size.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
