1. This is a newly remodeled house, and you will be the first to stay here. 2. The interior design focuses on a subtle warm tone to create a comfortable atmosphere for your stay. 3. There are 2 beds (queen in the large room, super single in the small room), a sofa and TV in the living room, and air conditioning in each room. 4. For your convenience, the house is fully equipped with tableware for 4 people and cooking utensils, so you can prepare simple meals.
It is 5 minutes away from Nakseongdae Station on Line 2. The bus stop for Seoul National University in the Gangnam area is also 5 minutes away.
Move-in is contactless. We will send you a move-in guide message upon contract completion.
[Amenities] 1. There is a convenience store right in front of the apartment. 2. There are many popular spots and restaurants within a 10-minute walk on Sharosu-gil. 3. There are 3-4 gyms nearby. [Precautions] 1. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 2. Please refrain from any actions that may disturb neighbors or cause noise between floors. 3. Additional charges may apply for excessive gas and electricity usage. (Please promise to save energy when you go out ^^) 4. Personal hygiene items, daily necessities, and bedding (inquire separately) are not provided, so please bring your own. 5. Additional charges may be incurred for contamination or damage within the unit, beyond the deposit. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, and up to 6 people are allowed, but there is an additional charge for 2 people. (Applies to high school students and above) In case of violation of the above special provisions, the contract may be terminated without refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be returned. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The place is spotless. We loved the fresh air, the surrounding environment, the beautiful mountain trails, and the sound of birds chirping. The host was incredibly kind and always available. I plan to stay here again next summer. It is also very close to the subway.
It was a bit difficult to walk because it was on a hill, but I had a good stay in a very pretty and nice house.
