It is located right next to the Provincial Arboretum and close to the Puppet Theater Intersection. Myeong-dong is a 13-minute drive away.
1. Check-in is contactless (maximum of 2 guests). 2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. 3. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 5. You will be liable for damages in the event of property damage or soiling. 6. There is no separate cleaning fee; however, a cleaning fee may be charged if the premises are left excessively messy.
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage.
I had a pleasant stay. It was quiet and nice. I wasn't quite happy with the bathroom toilet, though; you have to keep holding the flush button down until it flushes completely. Thanks for the quick response as well.
