✔ Convenient access to nearby amenities such as convenience stores, various medical clinics, and cafes. ✔ Close proximity to Gangnam-daero and Teheran-ro makes it easy to reach popular and bustling areas. ✔ Within walking distance of three subway lines (Line 9, Line 2, and the Shinbundang Line), including Eonju & Sinnonhyeon Stations (Line 9), Gangnam & Yeoksam Stations (Line 2), and Gangnam & Sinnonhyeon Stations (Shinbundang Line). ✔ Multiple bus stops are located nearby (including airport bus stops).
✔ Check-in is contactless; we will send you an information message 1–3 days prior to your scheduled arrival once the booking is confirmed. ✔ Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. ✔ The space accommodates up to two guests. (Please inquire in advance if there are additional guests.) ✔ Free Wi-Fi is provided; login details will be included in the information message. ✔ Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. ✔ As this property is located in a residential area, please refrain from hosting parties or making excessive noise. ✔ Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the unit. ✔ This is a short-term rental; towels, bedding, and personal toiletries are not provided.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, please note that an additional fee may be charged if usage is excessive. Please treat the place as if it were your own home! :)
The transportation is convenient and it's a quiet neighborhood. The house was warm and comfortable to live in. It's a cozy house.
