The location is excellent. However, since Cheongpa-dong is an old residential area, you might be a little surprised by the exterior, but the interior is very clean, and the host's thoughtfulness is evident in every corner. The host was so kind and responsive, which surprised me. I checked in in late autumn, and perhaps because it had been vacant for a day or two, there was a musty smell when I first opened the door. But after turning on the boiler and waiting a day or two, it completely disappeared. Since it was a first-floor house, there was a slight smell from the bathroom drain, but after about three days, the smell also disappeared. It seems that the smell was resolved by flushing water during daily life. I don't know what to say to those who consider these things major problems, but I think it's a place that offers great value for money and emotional satisfaction. I'm 100% willing to revisit. It's a very quiet residential area, and with a small yard and fence on the first floor, it's very cozy. It's perfect for a good night's sleep. Host, thank you for a very comfortable stay for 4 weeks.
