The building is a bit old, but the location, price, and cleanliness of the interior make up for it. First of all, the room's location is very close to Yeomchang Station, which is great, and the host seems to be very attentive. They respond very well to inquiries, and I couldn't make a reservation last time due to circumstances, but I think I made a very good choice for the room this time, even if it's for a short period. I had a comfortable stay. ^^ I was a bit worried because it was a villa, but when I entered the house, it was clean and tidy, and they even provided a topper, so our family of four slept comfortably. ~ I don't think there was any smell, so I guess the bathroom was renovated. It was great that there were so many restaurants and places to eat right near the house. It was very close to the station, and thank you, host, for answering my questions right away. ^^
