The bathroom interior has been recently reinforced and a professional cleaning company has completed the move-in cleaning, so it is spotless.

Check-in is contactless. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Please be aware that if indoor smoking is detected, the building will issue a fine.
Located on the main street of Sinchon, it offers an open view and a pleasant environment. Please note that as this is a rental business, not a lodging business, we do not provide bedding or towels. If you need bedding, it can be rented after discussion.
Water, electricity, and internet costs are included. Gas fees are not charged as an induction cooktop is used.
The landlord is really kind, honest, and trustworthy! The location is very convenient, with all kinds of shops nearby. The room is clean and incredibly spacious, so I highly recommend it!
