As cleaning standards vary by individual, issues such as household dust, a few stray hairs, or old water stains in the bathroom are not grounds for a refund.

- Check-in is contactless. - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. (Additional fees will be charged if odors or signs of contamination are found after check-out.) - Additional fees will be charged for damage to furniture or appliances, or for stains on sofas or beds. - Check-in instructions will be sent once the booking is confirmed. - Waste must be sorted for recycling.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gongdeok! The location is excellent; Gongdeok Station is nearby, providing access to multiple subway lines that make exploring different parts of Seoul incredibly convenient. The apartment is comfortable, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent—features that made a real difference after long days of exploring the city. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Having a convenience store, a café, and a pharmacy in the same building was another fantastic advantage. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seoul. I would happily stay here again!
