The house has everything you could possibly need! It was so clean, not a speck of dust. It's a separate room and living room, and although the kitchen space is small, it's sufficient for simple cooking. Most importantly, the residential building and officetel are part of the same complex, and the building's basement is connected to the parking lot, so it was very convenient to access the Lotte Mart and Daiso in the building's basement. Both stores are truly huge and have everything! The surrounding infrastructure is the best! It's one block behind the bustling Cheonho Station area, so the surroundings (all new apartments) are a quiet apartment complex. Since the host actually lives here, it's equipped with an LG direct water purifier, a latex mattress, a 75-inch (?) or 65-inch (?) large LG TV, and Wi-Fi. There was nothing to be disappointed about, as all the appliances were top-of-the-line, including a Roborock robot vacuum cleaner, a Cuckoo pressure rice cooker, an air fryer with oven and grill functions, a high-end LG microwave that can even grill meat, a Bodyfriend full-body massage machine, a Dyson Airwrap, and so on.
