Features built-in furniture for ample storage, Wi-Fi, and OTT support; upgraded to a 43-inch LG Smart TV (Netflix available) in Oct. 2026; desk converts into a dining table when pulled out. Queen-size bed replaced in Oct. 2026. Includes bedding (duvet, pad, 4 pillows) and full kitchenware; cleaning supplies (mop, vacuum, drying rack) provided; initial stock of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided (long-term residents should supply their own). Large laundromat in the basement; refer to photos for details on the surrounding area. One-year leases welcome; monthly rent 500,000 KRW, deposit 2,000,000 KRW. Registered as an accommodation business, so resident registration (move-in report) is not possible.

You will receive the door code the day before check-in for a contactless arrival; please register your move-in with the management office (064-762-5250) upon arrival. You can also register your vehicle with the office in advance. Upon check-out, please settle the shared maintenance fees (approx. 30,000 KRW per week) and utility costs (gas, water, electricity) with the management office. As there is no staff on duty during weekends, please settle the fees on Friday or handle the payment over the phone on Monday. Please note that address registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. The unit is in near-new condition and is professionally cleaned and laundered; ample towels are provided. A new queen-size bed was installed on September 21, 2026, and the sofa can be converted into a bed. Parking is available in the underground garage and on the surrounding streets.

You are responsible for the shared maintenance fee (approximately 30,000 KRW per week) and the actual costs of electricity, water, and gas used. Upon checkout, please obtain the settlement statement from the management office and transfer the payment to finalize the checkout process. Items not included in the standard maintenance fee will be calculated and billed at the time of checkout.
