The first floor has a sofa (bed) in the living room. ♥ It is fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, two tables, pots, dishes, and ample storage space. ♥ The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and towels.
♥ Dongtan Station, SRT, and Lotte Department Store are 7 minutes away. ♥ There is a wide-area bus, so you can access Gangnam or City Hall. ♥ If you use a car, you can easily access the highway. ♥ If you want to register your car for parking, please contact the host. (Pre-registration is required)
♥ Check-in is contactless. ♥ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ♥ Smoking is not allowed indoors. If caught, special cleaning will be required, and a cleaning fee will be charged. ♥ Please refrain from hosting parties with many guests to avoid disturbing neighbors. ♥ If you have any issues with parking registration or any other inconveniences, please inform the host, and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
