A clean, modern, fully furnished 1.5-room unit. The bedroom and living room are separate. We prioritize cleanliness above all else and strive to provide a pleasant, comfortable environment during your stay. Standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum capacity of 4. (Additional fees apply based on the number of guests.) An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. (You will be liable for damages if the toilet becomes clogged for any reason.) *You may be charged for replacement or additional cleaning costs if provided items are damaged or soiled. *Strictly no smoking (100,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit for violations). *Excessive noise and loud shouting are prohibited. *Please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in eviction and a claim for compensation for any damage to the facilities.
