- Dedicated parking for one vehicle is available. - It is a 5-minute walk from Mangpo Station (Exit 5), with convenient transportation links to Gangnam, Pangyo, Bundang, and more.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions. - Pets and smoking are prohibited in the building. Please note that violations may result in eviction and the forfeiture of your security deposit.
- There is plenty to see and do, including Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung Palace, Gwanggyo Convention Center, IKEA, and Traders. - Please take care, as you will be held liable for any damage to the accommodation's property.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
