This is a newly built two-room apartment. We do not charge a move-out cleaning fee, so if you wish to have it cleaned, you must do it yourself. Please dispose of all waste upon moving out and maintain the condition it was in when you moved in. (A move-out cleaning fee will be charged if there is waste.) Move-in registration is not possible.
It's a 4-minute walk from Yeomchang Station.
You must clean the house yourself upon moving in. If the gas is turned off, please turn it on and use it. We will send you the house password on the day of your move-in. Do not touch any mail. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times. Upon check-out, you must send a screenshot of your utility bill settlement for your deposit to be refunded. If you need parking, please inform us in advance.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the house to its original condition if it is damaged.
Basic management fees are used for cleaning common areas, common electricity bills, etc. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon departure.
