This fully furnished studio apartment near Unseo Station offers a very comfortable living environment (women-only). Rental rates are negotiable for long-term stays. The building is practically new, so the facilities are clean. Parking is available for an additional fee. 4,000 KRW per day Please contact us for hourly parking rates.

Contactless check-in/out Check-in is after 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The security deposit will not be refunded if a violation is detected. Occupancy is limited to one person. If two people must reside there, you must notify us in advance, and an additional management fee will apply.
Additional charges apply for any damage to property. We welcome guests who will keep the place clean. Single occupancy only.
Excessive use of included amenities may result in a request for additional maintenance fees. Occupancy is limited to one person. Two-person occupancy is not permitted.
