It is located a 3-minute walk from Sinchon Station and is very convenient for using public transportation. It is a private building with an elevator, and with two rooms per floor, it is optimal for soundproofing and privacy protection. For a pleasant environment in the private space, we recommend refraining from cooking in the common area. In the lounge on each of the two floors, there is a shared kitchen, a laundry dryer, and a water purifier.
It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 8 of Sinchon Station (Line 2), and a 5-minute walk from Seogang Station (Gyeongui Line) and Hongik University Station (Airport Line). You can take a bus to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No smoking indoors (if caught, you will be forcibly evicted or 300,000 KRW will be deducted from your deposit). Pets are not allowed (if violated, 300,000 KRW will be deducted from your deposit). You may be charged for the cost of repairing or cleaning items that are damaged or excessively soiled. Blankets, comforters, and towels are not provided.
