The apartments are quite old and tend to be busy, so some noise and occasional smells are to be expected. However, the landlord was cooperative and addressed all the issues we encountered. The location is truly unbeatable.
Public transportation is well-connected, and there are convenient facilities, various restaurants, and cafes nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. The neighborhood is also safe, and the host's responses are quick and friendly. However, as mentioned, it's not a complete 'panoramic view'; half of it is blocked by the building in front. The distance is close enough that you need to draw the curtains. But the other half offers an unobstructed view. Hot water is only available when the heating switch is turned on! (This wasn't in the check-in guide, so I was a bit flustered at first ㅠㅠ). There's an occasional sewer smell from the bathroom, and the system air conditioner seems to have a lot of dust accumulated, suggesting it needs cleaning. The faucet in the sink doesn't turn off completely, so water keeps dripping a little. If these points are improved, it's a sufficiently satisfying place for a short-term rental!
