(It is an urban-type apartment.) ★ The master bedroom, living room, and kitchen are separate, so you can stay comfortably. ★ The spacious parking lot extends to the 5th basement level and is free to use. (An occupancy card must be filled out on the day of move-in.) ★ This is a safe apartment with 24-hour CCTV operation. ☆ A 6-person dining table is provided, making it comfortable for remote work.
☞ Tanhyeon Station (Gyeongui Jungang Line) is a 3-minute walk away. (It is convenient to use the escalator on the 1st floor of Doosan Zenith right next door) ★ You can quickly travel to Seoul Station, Hongik University Station, Sinchon Station, and Gongdeok Station in 30-40 minutes. ★ Bus: There is a bus stop for Seoul-bound buses 703, 7728, and M-7731 right in front of the building entrance (3 meters away). (Yeonsinnae Station, Hongje Station, Sungnyemun, Yonsei University, KINTEX Station, Ewha Womans University, Hapjeong Station, Gongdeok Station)
★ Check-in is contactless. ☞ Check-in on the day of reservation is not possible. ★ Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to use the property. ☞ As this is a short-term rental and not a lodging business, please bring your own personal hygiene items such as towels and toothbrushes. (You can purchase them cheaply at the E-Mart and Daiso on the B1 floor of Doosan Zenith, right next door.) ☞ Bedding and tableware are available for rent at a small fee (for 2 people), as shown in the images.
☞ If you have any questions, please feel free to chat or message us anytime~ ★ It is convenient to use the various commercial facilities (B1F~2F) of the Doosan Zenith mixed-use complex (2700 units) right next to our apartment. (Convenience store, Starbucks, KFC Chicken, McDonald's, Tous les Jours, Mega Coffee, Olive Young, ArtBOX, buffet restaurant, side dish store, telecom company, clinic and pharmacy, hair beauty shop, and many other trendy chain restaurants and commercial facilities are in operation) ★ Within a 200-meter radius of this apartment, the old commercial district is lined with various restaurants and bars. ★ Next to this apartment, there are Kookmin, Shinhan, and Hana Banks. ★ On the 2nd floor of this building, there is a 24-hour super large gym. ☞ This building is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). (You can smoke comfortably in the park behind the building) ★ Recently, we had a cleaning company perform move-in cleaning, and disassembled and cleaned the washing machine, air conditioner, and bidet, including filter replacement. All options are maintained in optimal condition, so please use them with peace of mind and comfort. ☞ Please understand that due to short-term rental, move-in registration is not possible.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. A special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking (including e-cigarettes) or bringing pets. ★Smoking or bringing pets is "absolutely" not allowed.
