They are always kind and quick to respond. Although there is no parking inside the building, there are plenty of spaces nearby; you can easily find a spot just by driving around a bit, and the neighborhood is quiet. I was worried about living in a semi-basement, but the place is spotless—I haven't seen a single bug.
