Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was excellent and the room was clean, allowing me to stay comfortably. I also appreciated the host's kind hospitality. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
The location is excellent, being close to Gyeongpodae, a major attraction in Gangneung, and the East Sea. It's also conveniently located near E-Mart and various restaurants, making it easy to get around. Above all, the cleanliness of the accommodation was impressive. Perhaps because the owner manages it as their second home, it was so clean that my wife and mother both praised it. Although it's not a new apartment and shows some signs of age, it's very well-maintained, with no trace of mold found anywhere, including the bathroom, sink, and wallpaper. The distant sea view from the living room window was a unique charm for our family, who are used to city life. The owner was also very kind, making our stay pleasant. There are both ground and underground parking lots. It's worth noting that the underground parking is not directly connected to the accommodation's elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs to the first floor before transferring. If you're planning a trip to Gangneung, I highly recommend this accommodation for its great location and meticulous upkeep.
