- It takes 10 minutes to walk from Exit 6 of Juan Station (flat ground). - You can park in front of or next to the villa. There is plenty of parking space.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - There is no additional charge per person.
-Convenience stores, Homeplus, hospitals, universities, and parks are located nearby. -If the property is damaged or contaminated, compensation for damages will be incurred.

I've been a user for 7-8 months. The owner is so nice. I had a comfortable stay. The neighbors in the same villa are also nice, and I had a good stay without any inconveniences. It's a semi-basement, but it doesn't feel stuffy. I plan to use it again for short-term and long-term business trips. If I had known about 33M2 earlier, I would have saved a lot on rent. It's not a semi-basement. It's right below the entrance, so it's one floor up, which makes no difference. The host was kind and helpful, so I had a great long-term stay. They immediately took care of any inconveniences, were very considerate, and provided good information. The neighbors in the same villa were also nice. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, laundromats, etc. nearby, so there's nothing inconvenient. Thanks to 33M2, I met a great host. It's all thanks to 33M2.
