Take exit 6 from Hansung University Station and take bus (1111, 1112, 2112). Get off at Dongbang Culture University of Graduate Studies (about 10 minutes) and walk for about 5 minutes from the bus stop. It takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi to Jongno (1-5).
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. As this is not a hotel, please bring your own consumables (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.). Smoking is prohibited indoors. If you smoke, it will be grounds for contract termination along with a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW. Please inform us of the number of guests in advance when booking. If you are using a private car, please ask for parking instructions.
Nearby schools include Sungkyunkwan University, Hansung University, Sungshin Women's University, and Kookmin University. Tourist attractions include Seoul City Wall, Changgyeonggung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Cheongwadae, Daehak-ro, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Bukhansan National Park. 10,000 won per person/week. (20,000 won per week for 2 people) Internet, cable TV, and water bills are included in the management fee. Electricity is paid according to the meter reading. Gas is shared by rooms 202 and 203 and divided per person.
The neighborhood is quiet and the house is comfortable! It was equipped with everything I needed for my stay, so I had a comfortable time. The host was always proactive in helping with anything I needed. This is a room I'd recommend~~
